‘Marc’ was at a conference recently and they spoke of the need for a one page strategic business plan and asks what that might look like.

‘Susan’ operates a design and fit-out business. They design and fit out retail premises. My accountant has prepared a valuation of the business in which they have arrived at a value between $55-75 million which consists of net tangible assets of $15 million and the balance is goodwill.  I don’t understand how to grow the value of my business if the majority of the value lies in goodwill.
