Richard is a leading business strategist, with over 30 years of business experience.  His passion lies in assisting business leaders build highly successful businesses and he has authored more than 10 publications focused on the key streams of strategy, growth and competitiveness.

The businesses Richard has worked with have ranged from start-ups to those operating for more than 130 years, from 1 employee to 10,000 employees, from $1 revenue to $400m and covering industries as diverse as publishing, disability services, construction, e-commerce, white goods, welfare services, light manufacturing, professional services, agri-businesses and many others.

Richard holds a PhD in Business Strategy, a Master of Business in Organisational Competitiveness and is a Chartered Accountant, as well as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
